We got back from Italy last Thursday evening!! Such an AMAZING trip (lots more details to come!), but it felt so good to be home with our babes. They had a great time with my parents - I'd dare to say they barely missed us! We got to spend Friday with my mom and dad and then took them to the airport Saturday morning on our way to Lily's first soccer game.
Since they've left we've had QUITE the week... starting with a our house getting broken into on Tuesday afternoon. It shook us up quite a bit and has had me thinking about how important protecting my family's privacy is to me... I knew this day would come eventually, but it's time I take this little family blog of ours private.
For those of you who would like to keep reading (and I REALLY hope you do!), send me an email janaeliason[at]gmail[dot]com and I'll add you to the blog. And to make it easy for the people who use Feedly, or some other sort of reader device, I'll be posting when I update our private blog, here with a link to the new post. I have gotten to know and been able to keep in touch with so many people through this blog, so a little part of me cringes as I take away the ease of accessibility. But because I use this blog as the primary form of journal-keeping for our family, I feel really good about taking it private.
